 Merrimac State High School scholarships for students entering Year 8 in 2011 are now open.
Scholarships may be awarded for high achievement in academic performance, sports, instrumental music, dance, drama and singing.
Scholarship Applications forms are available from Merrimac SHS Admin or online.
Applications close on Wednesday 10 March, 2010.
The Academic scholarship test date is Saturday 27 March, 2010.
All scholarship applicants will be notified by the 25 June, 2010 regarding the outcome of their application. |

 Our 2010 school photos are scheduled for Tuesday, 9 February. It is expected that all Year 12 students who are having their photo taken on this day will wear their formal uniform. That is, they will need to have their white formal shirt/top and to have a tie. For all other year levels, the polo shirt top will be adequate.
Named envelopes from Master School Portraits have been distributed to existing students. New students can collect an envelope from the student counter in the office.
Please note that the school does not take photo orders. Envelopes are to given directly to the photographer.
School Photo "Catch Up Day" will be on Thursday 11 February, 2010.

School Resource Lending Room |
|
The school’s Resource Lending Scheme room will be open for business from Monday, 18 January 2010. Opening hours are from 8.15am to 1.45pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Books, Stationery and Uniforms are available from the Resource Lending Room during these hours.
