Our school’s GP clinic will be open every Tuesday during school the terms between 9.00am - 2.00pm.
You can make an appointment to see the GP via the following options:
email GP@merrimacshs.eq.edu.au or in person through the Guidance Officer
Our preferred booking method is via email, using the link above. You can even just copy and paste the statement below to request your appointment.
'I would like to make a booking with the GP please.'
We do not need any details regarding the reason for your appointment. Your confidentiality is important to us. Once your email has been received, a reply will be sent outlining your next steps. It is important you continue to check your emails and follow the instructions to confirm your booking.
Introducing Dr Sarah Oxley
Dr Sarah Oxley is a GP that graduated from Griffith University in 2011. She enjoys going to beach, camping and spending time with her young family. She enjoys the full spectrum of general practice and has a special interest in Adolescent Health, Sexual Health, Paediatrics and Womens Health. Dr Sarah Oxley will be available for consults on Tuesday's at Merrimac SHS and looks forward to meeting many of the students. If you need an appointment outside of this time you can find her at Burleigh Heads Medical Centre where she has been practicing as a GP since 2017.
